A new edition of the reference event in the banking sector in Spain will take place on October 1st.
Open banking has gone from being a future horizon to a tangible reality. Spanish banking has begun a true digital and cultural transformation to be able to meet the new demands of users and the regulations that have changed the playing field. These and other issues related to the world of open banking will be the main topics of discussion at Revolution Banking 2020.
Carlos López-Moctezuma will participate in the panel of experts dedicated to “In search of open banking”, an interesting presentation that takes the implementation of the PSD2 regulation as a starting point to try to find out which the next steps are for the banking sector and how all the investment to achieve the digital transformation that banking has recently undergone can be monetized; a process that López-Moctezuma, as Global Head New Business Models, Open Banking and Innovation at BBVA, has led within the bank.
